I’ve found I’ve done it more as I’ve gotten older (beyond 40), because I’m aware my time is finite and I don’t want to waste it, so I run in all sorts of directions trying to figure out what I should be doing. Ironically, the only real place of rest and direction is in God, and you often have to be still to get into that place (or recognise you’re already in it).
