As per my last post, I’ve moved to TinyLetter.
- If you want to know a bit more about my poetry-focused newsletter, Sucker for the Stars, there, I’ve now written an introductory letter.
- If you’ve been following me here, I’d love it if you’d resubscribe there.
- I’ll pull the plug here in a week. From 1 July onwards, chrislovietyler.nz will redirect to my TinyLetter page.
For various reasons, I’ve moved from WordPress.com to TinyLetter, the newsletter platform. My newsletter there is called Sucker for the Stars.
If you’ve been following me here, I’d love it if you’d resubscribe there. I really value our interactions, and your feedback on my poetry.
Either way, thanks for reading!
Slow thinking is not just wise—it’s also a revolutionary act right now. In reactionary times, slowness, responsiveness rather than reactiveness, is a radical rejection of the internet’s perpetual call to action: Always be choosing sides.—Ephrat Livni, Quartz (via Chris Bowler)
I really resonate with this article. The territory it covers also has a lot to do with why I’m reading and writing poetry now.
Just the antidote to our loud, ambitious, “do what makes you happy” world.
